Elizabeth Dixon Therapeutic Space is a counselling service that has been developed to support you if you feel that you need that little extra help through some of life's difficulties.

Are you screaming for help from within, but no one hears or sees your cries, but yourself?

Could you benefit from a space to take some time-out to talk to a counsellor?

... to be listened to and accepted without judgement
... to work out what you want from life
